Home Equity MERITline is a line-of-credit account that is secured by a mortgage on real property. It will provide qualified members with immediate access to a revolving line of credit whenever personal borrowing needs arise.
Set up your MERITline , then whenever you need funds, borrow up to a pre-arranged line by simply writing yourself a cheque.
With interest rates lower than a regular line of credit, it makes sense to use your MERITline .
