Our Mission Statement
We regard the members that we serve as family, and gain their trust by ensuring that we always do what is in their best interests, through an understanding of their needs and by building a financially strong credit union to enable us to meet those needs.
Meeting Members' Changing Needs
The following objectives are pertinent to meeting the changing needs of our members:
- To determine the product/service needs of our members
- To deliver new and enhanced products to respond to changes in members needs
- To provide maximum convenience in the delivery of products and services
- To achieve economies of scale in the delivery of products and services through strategic alliances with other credit unions/organizations
- To improve the data system in order to allow effective data management for the purposes of tracking service usage and member characteristics
